I studied mathematics in my undergraduate studies at Osun state University with a CGPA of 3.2 Nigeria and I just concluded a Postgraduate Diploma in Education at the National Open University of Nigeria with a cumulative CGPA of 4.1
About me
I prefer to use the word coaching/mentoring. I teach using a collaborative approach, I try to understand my students and their area of weakness to know the best possible approach to teach. They tell me what their goals are, I develop on this and come up with a learning plan/objective. I like to my students to know their strength and weakness, this can only be possible when I give room for trust. I ensure we refine and reflect on the problem and make sure a solution is achieved. I make my students and myself unlearn, learn and relearn.
