About me
I worked in CoachBright, a GCSE teaching organisation. I was responsible for coaching weekly 1-hour sessions in GCSE Mathematics to three students from low-income backgrounds, raising students' grades by almost 20 points. Besides, I have formulated personalised learning plans after evaluating students' learning styles and the mastery of different knowledge points. I also organised English teaching materials and designed class games (e.g., DiXit) to mitigate learning barriers for 30 children with Leukaemia and increase their willingness to speak English. As I am teaching-research group leader, I coordinated and mentored a team of 26 teachers to design programmes for 120 children with Leukaemia to learn Music, English and Mathematics.
