My Qualifications
Highly motivated and diligent CELTA qualified beginner. Previous work as a Web Editorial Assistant with a background in bookselling and customer service. I completed an online CELTA course in 2021 and in addition I also completed a short course on teaching online one-to-one. Although my only tutoring experience is online and as part of my CELTA qualification, I have a long history working in customer services, speaking to people, and communicating with them with friendly, approachable professionalism.
