I received my bachelor's degree in information technology from Sikkim Manipal University. I have excellent technical, communication, and writing skills thanks to my degree, which are essential in a tech-driven world. However, I also gained a lot of practical expertise in web development while I was in school from my extracurricular activities. I managed all of the social media profiles while I was a member of an improv group. My initiatives increased show attendance by 15%. I also organized and oversaw my fraternity's yearly fundraising and recruitment activities while serving as a tutor. The number of students increased from the previous year's average of 2 in my first year in the position to 11 the following year.

My professional experience as a freelance web developer and a software product designer (UI/UX) at Providusbank included providing first-level support to clients by diagnosing issues, conducting UX research, and answering user questions to achieve a good customer experience, both over the phone and desk-side. I've been working as a freelance UI designer and developer for the past year. With my educational background and my technical and customer service skills, I am in an excellent position to ensure that all tasks given to me are completed in due time.
