I am educated to masters level, (Industrial Relations and HR) and hold Chartered Membership of the CIPD. I have Lead IQA (level 4) assessors qualification, which means that I hold competency in marking assessments.

Hi, I teach at the University of East London and have been teaching at different Universities and Further Education Colleges in the UK. I specialise in HR and Business. My approach to teaching is a "walking alongside", I like to make it interactive, and I want to know what you want out of it. I have written two books (Employee Relations, and Employment Law) and have been told that these are easy to read, and my teaching takes the same approach. As I work full-time, I would be looking to teach a little in the evenings. I would be particularly useful for someone wanting to develop their understanding of the people-side of management, need help with an HR assessment, or prepare for End Point Assessment for HR apprenticeships or gain support for their CIPD qualifications.
