Hi! My name is Lucile, I am passionate about teaching and have unique expertise in developing and delivering French phonics and grammar schemes of work. I am resourceful and caring and committed to supporting the individual needs of my students to enable them to excel. I am highly skilled at developing relationships with students which allow me to understand individual student needs and tailor my approaches resulting in high levels of motivation and fast progress.

I am a native French speaker bilingual in English. I speak English in a British English accent.
My approach to French teaching:
I am a strong advocate for phonics teaching. Phonics knowledge underpins all aspect of language learning and is absolutely essential to start a language learning journey on the right foot. I strongly ecourage my learners to start with my intensive phonics course before we move on to anything else. French phonics offers two precious things to our learners: confidence and independence.
