I received certification for the Finishing Course for Call Center Agents. In this course i was trained how to provide customer assistance I also have TESOL/TEFL certificate. That provided me some professional knowledge on how to teach English to non native English speakers and help them achieve their fluency goals.
I've been working as an ESL teacher for more than 6 years now. I teach students from beginners to advanced levels. I teach Daily English, Business English from beginners to intermediate levels and I also help students to practice for the IELTS speaking test and Postgraduate Interview test.
