My Qualifications
I have been a Science teacher for 9 years and a PE teacher for 4. I am currently head of Key Stage 4 within Science in my department. I have extensive knowledge of the Edexcel science curriculum however my knowledge of OCR and AQA are also very good.
About me
I have been teaching for a total of 12 years and teaching science for 9. I am able to teach GCSE science extensively across the curriculum and use explicit modelling techniques through Microsoft whiteboard to help with the metacognition of learning for students. Within my school I also am a mentor for trainee teachers and I use my understanding of teaching and learning to assist teaching pedagogical strategies.
