Ciao! My name is Roberta and I'm a native Italian speaker with experience in teaching Italian as a second language. I hold a CLTA (Certificate Language Teaching Adults) certificate from International House London I graduated in Languages and Cultures for Tourism, and I speak English, Spanish, and French.
I love engaging with other cultures, and for this reason, teaching Italian as a second language is my greatest passion. My classes are based on language acquisition through cultural topics and day-to-day situations in order to take the students to a level where they can easily communicate....perhaps in their next Italian holiday! However, before starting with the first lesson I like to chat with my students about their passions and their goals with the Italian language. This gives me an idea of how I can structure and plan each lesson, so I can tailor them to the student's needs. All my lessons are designed to take the student to the desired level of fluency and are delivered with structured, interactive, and engaging activities. I offer classes for beginner and intermediate levels.
