Rowena

I was educated in the UK and have CSE's and 'o' levels. I did very well with English and Art. I was born in Reading in Berkshire and I speak properly ( as my mother taught me!) I have spent several years working with primary school age children. I was the head of the parents association where I had to help fund raise and interact with all ages. I was a Scout leader, so have had to educate, organise, planning and risk assessments for teenagers. I have been a counsellor for new parents and have taught classes to do with feeding and I help set up a clinic at the hospital for new parents and their babies. I have helped and managed older people in their homes as a house Manager, communication was very important part of my role. I have ran a campsite and restaurant, managing catering supplies, cooking, staff and have helped numerous people from around the globe. I am now running a guest house, we get a lot of international visitors and I really love to help them. As you can see I have had a varied life and not afraid to try new areas, I hope that I can bring to people some helpful information and experience that I can share to help people learn English and the way we live here.

I am Rowena and would like to help people with their English. I will hopefully be able to guide students through areas of English they may find difficult. I am incredibly patient, confidential, determined and very happy to share my knowledge.
