My name is Zahra and I am a 3rd year Maths student at University of Leicester. I have always been very passionate about teaching any subject that I have knowledge of, and as Maths is my specialisation, I would love to teach maths to all ages up till and including 1st year University Maths.
I have experience teaching maths, as I have not only taught the student, but I taught online, so I have the experience in the same way I will be teaching you.
There are many ways that one can understand maths, and I am very aware of that as I myself am currently in the learning phase. So I try to adapt to the way the student would best understand, and if you still don't, no worries, there are lots of other methods we can try. Maths is not about learning difficult formulas, it's about learning the art of problem solving, and that's exactly what we'll be doing.
Here is what a typical day would look like:
We will discuss the topic we learnt yesterday and do a small quiz for first 10mins
Then we will start our new topic scheduled for today for 30 mins
Next 15 mins I will give you some easy to hard exercises to practice the knowledge
Last 5 mins, we will discuss any questions, and upcoming topic for tomorrow.
